Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health has marked a historic milestone. Dr. Dustin Duncan has been promoted to full professor, becoming the first Black male to achieve this rank in the Department of Epidemiology.

Dr. Duncan co-directs the Social and Spatial Epidemiology Unit and leads Columbia’s Spatial Epidemiology Lab. These positions allow him to s of diverse researchers and leaders in public health.
