Pioneering a Delectable Legacy in South Carolina
Myrol and Kesha Frazier have written their names in the annals of history, becoming the first African American entrepreneurs to own not just one, but two Jeremiah’s Italian Ice franchises in the state of South Carolina.
Their inaugural location opened its doors in Greenville in 2022, followed by a second outpost in the nearby city of Simpsonville, just nine miles away, in April 2024.
A Refreshing Venture Fueled by Passion
The couple’s foray into the frozen dessert realm was ignited by a friend’s introduction to the Jeremiah’s brand. Kesha Frazier recounts, “I always wanted to own a business but wasn’t sure what type of business until our friend introduced us to the Jeremiah’s brand.”
After witnessing the day-to-day operations firsthand, the Fraziers were hooked by the lively branding and the vast array of delectable flavors catering to every palate, including sugar-free and seasonal offerings.
“We saw huge potential in bringing the brand back home with us,” Kesha enthusiastically shared, underscoring their determination to share this delightful experience with their community.
