“Blayre has over 10 years of experience in the nonprofit sector and has presented at a variety of local and regional conferences on the social justice movements and sports, women in leadership, and youth organizing,” a statement from the Steelers organization affirmed.

Prior to joining the Steelers, Blayre served as the Director of Advocacy and Community Outreach at Adagio Health, where she developed and implemented the organization’s advocacy platform and fostered collaborative partnerships throughout Western Pennsylvania.
